The historic monuments of northern part of Bengal have been a great inspiration for his sketching works, since that not only made him wish to be an architect, but helped him to create the artistic works in painting, cartooning and clay modeling, that have won him several awards at home and abroad. Within the framework of his studies and researches, Dr. Sajid organized nine solo exhibitions at home and abroad showing his sketches and drawings on the cultural heritage of Bangladesh.
